Very good customer service and quick response from Ms Ebtisam at the DCC branch reception counter. Updating personal documents on the account was done swiftly and with a pleasant friendly attitude. This branch office is big enough to service many customers together.

The guy sitting on counter number 9 in charge of loans.
Rude, useless, zero etiquette’s and complete lack of knowledge.
Whereas, the lovely lady sitting on counter 10 was so helpful and went out of her way to help us with our queries.

This branch is rubbish unfortunately. Takes upwards of an hour just to get hold of someone. If you need to open account or speak to someone to answer some questions, have a 30 course meal, go on holiday and and then come back. Half the bankers desks are empty during operating hours.

Edit: the branch told me a relationship manager would call me. 24 hours later, no call.

I almost closed my account in adcb because of the lady in counter 8. But when I went back to close , the Arabic staff was so helpful, I changed my mind and helped us open a fd account . I emailed my relationship manager about this but didn’t get a reply until now .
Thinking of transferring my money to another bank that has similar fd rates.

ADCB BRANCH C.C.D : I got good experience low queue easy access fast service all off staff have good knowledge , calm and soft behaviour staff specially Arabic staff are very helpfull.
Machines are up to date letest and easy accessed.

Very lovely little walk with areas for wildlife photography especially during golden hour.
However, quite a few unsavoury characters lurking in the bushes, we were getting eyeballed by a couple sat in their car upon arrival and we accidentally disturbed a couple in amongst the ferns just off the footpath, one who was ‘less than fully dressed’.
I would definitely recommend coming during full daylight especially if planning to come with your family.

Great dog walking with sandy soil. Semaphore tower opens once a year for tours- wonderful view from the top.

Found this spot to walk my dogs. Lots of different paths to take and walk down. Free parking at the entrance makes things easy. There is also an overflow car park

Very handy place to stop or meet people just off M25/A3 junction. Free car park and pleasant place to have a walk. First car park on left was quite busy, one a little further on was quieter. Says there's a cafe so guess there are loos too.

Very decent car park. Parking is free. Has reasonable sized parking spaces, to sufficiently park your vehicle. Would be nice to see less potholes. Nice view and surrounding though. Park here for access to Ockham & Chatley Heath.

A great parking area to stop off the M25 for a walk through the forests. There is enough space to park and the paths are marked really well for an enjoyable walk, hike or bike ride.

This was my first visit to Ockham Common and was not disappointed. Some lovely walks and a great place to practice some woodland photography. Absolutely beautiful, just a shame that visitors here treat it like a rubbish tip....so much litter. Take your rubbish home, what's the big deal.
