Worst experience with this bank and branch. Bank is not keen on customer service. I was trying to apply for personal loan, none of their representatives were responding for over two weeks. Finally I had to apply in another bank.

When I needed the no liability letter,Had to visit this branch three times to apply for one no liability letter. Twice I had to wait for 1 to 1.5 hours without being serviced by the branch.

I would better close all my accounts with ADCB rather than going through this customer service.

Stay away from ADCB

As a live update, I have been waiting here for more than 2 hours now

I had a rather disappointing experience with ADCB's banking services. The banking system is incredibly slow and outdated, which forced me to spend over an hour at the branch for tasks that other banks handle online or through their apps seamlessly. It's frustrating to see a reputable bank like ADCB lagging behind in embracing modern technology. I hope they prioritize upgrading their systems to provide a more efficient and convenient banking experience for their customers.

This is my fourth visit to this branch, and unfortunately, I’ve experienced significant wait times on each occasion. The crowd management during busy times is severely lacking, leading to frustrating queues lasting over an hour. It’s evident that the branch needs to expand its facilities to accommodate the influx of customers more efficiently. Even the ticketing system, which claims a few minutes of expected waiting time, has proven to be misleading. Overall, my experiences here have been extremely disappointing.

Terrible experience! Waiting 1 hour for customer service and estimated time is 15 min! Which service you need, doesn’t matter because the they don’t have dedicated departments for each enquire. Operating on 15-20% capacity with so busy environment. Very sad for one of the leading banks in UAE.

Even though counters are all free, people with even tokens are just made to wait for no reason as executives don’t shift to the next token after finishing with the existing token and are laughing, talking and busy with mobiles.

This is the worst form of work culture existing in a place especially bank.

I just closed my account.

Being at Mall of the Emirates, it's a quite conveniently located branch when this bank has closed many branches over the years around Dubai so there's not a lot of alternatives around the newer areas of Dubai.

There's service assistants near the front and cashiers a little further in. Staff are alright when it comes to standard banking requirements, there were friendlier assistants in other branches and this one seems somewhat uninspiring. If you go early enough, it doesn't get too busy and so even with not fast service, banking shouldn't take too long but you will still have waiting time.

There's also a couple of deposit and withdrawal machines at the front that are accessible even when the branch is closed that are faster than using the branch.

If you are planning to visit this branch. Strongly advise not to visit this branch. Unfortunately I had to visit this branch for car auto loan early settlement.

Waste of time. Atleast 2 hours queue and no one to cater to customers. I visited twice and had to wait 2 hours each for the settlement of my auto loan.

Entire staff from reception, teller and customer service are clueless how to handle staff. They are not rude but don’t know how to guide a customer and work efficiently.

Worst customer service.
Bank Manager attitude was rudely and not helpful.
This the first time since 2011, I felt that it's not dubai, but it looks like in Kenya or Uganda.
Manager behaviour was so bad, and he didn't want to listen and want to treat like we are his servants.
I request that the management please visit the branch at 8pm as a customer, then you will see what's happening there.
You will see the real face of staff.
