This once amazing hotel has now gone completely down hill with the current management staff. I've been coming to the Address Downtown for 15 years. I was here in 2011 hosting one of the largest events in the city. I was here on New Year's 2016 when the residences caught fire. And I was here last year on Christmas, proposing to my girlfriend (now wife). I have truly loved this hotel, and spent a whole lot of money here over all these years. This week, I booked 5 hotel rooms as part of another event we are hosting in the city. I was staying in the Residence tower, as it was advertised with an incredible view (which it did have). The other rooms I booked were suites and premier rooms in the main hotel.

But the entire experience has been awful - from the valet, to the restaurants, to the front desk, to the lack of care, concern, or attentiveness from the management. In my room, the Hot Water DID NOT WORK ALL WEEK. I informed the front desk MANAGERS (black coats) every night - and they did nothing but keep sending the same "engineering" guy who did not fix anything. Even when its 40C outside, you don't want to take a cold shower every morning and every night. The managers would not even move us to another room - even though as mentioned I had booked 4 other rooms as part of this stay! Really miserable experience. Worst part was the lack of action and lack of professionalism. Other issues like poor service and low quality food in the lobby restaurant, as well as the chaos of the valet, just added to the misery. The only good part of the stay was our time at URLA, which - while connected to the hotel via walkway - is run by completely different management. I would strongly recommend against spending your hard earned money at this hotel. There are so many other luxury hotels in Dubai that provide much better service and don't have dated accommodations. When you spend this much for a 5-star experience, the least you want is great service and great management. And at least some hot water.

I would like to acknowledge Bashita for being hospitable to us. He make sure that everything is clean in our room before he left. The assurance they give to us make us at peace of staying here. From the front desk to dining area all the staffs are very accommodating and friendly to approach. Thanks for your great service. ????????

Had a fabulous 2 night stay in fountain view room, we were delighted to discover we had a wonderful view of the Burj from the double entrance balcony. There was a small kitchen with cooking and washing facilities including a dishwasher and washing machine. Bathroom was reasonably well equipped but the shower was over the bath behind a fixed glass panel, this made it really difficult to get out at the curved-end of the bath without slipping. Living area was very comfortable with delightful ornaments. We are out but did have drinks and snacks in the lobby which was very pleasant. Excellent service from the time we arrived to the time we departed. 10 out of 10, would totally stay here again.

Stunning before and now even more so…crisp lines, contemporary modern and luxurious. Impeccable service. Executive Suite One bedroom with fountain views is spectacular…really felt like a rock star ⭐️ ???????? Thank u to the whole team!

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel. Everything down from the food to the friendly staff created a memorable experience. The room attendants Narendhar and Saleem were amazing at their job and worth mentioning.

We have been here for a week and the service has been exemplary. Nanda of in-room dining has been such a gracious host and I would like to specially recognize and appreciate him for his kindness and most professional service. I had surgery and checked in back to the hotel and could not have asked for better care than I have received here. My late night soups with the most special touch of kindness, grace and professionalism.
Well done Nanda and keep up your great work!!! God bless you immensely.

Great location just off the boulevard. We had a room with a view of the fountain. What a lovely hotel with amazing and attentive staff. Alex one of the hotel staff was super friendly and professional. He kept the rooms tidy and made us feel very welcomed and at home.
