Great selection of owned watches and good customer service. Looking elsewhere on the market later, I did pay a bit more for my watch than it was priced elsewhere. However the after-sales service is good, one time I thought I had an issue with my watch and took it back and even though it was after the 1 year guarantee they took it into their service center to take a look. Turns out it was fine and the check was free of charge.

I have interacted with this shop several times and they always been professional and helpful more importantly they are trustworthy. When dealing with such expensive items having someone you can trust is important in my view.

Hard to find the address so be ready to get tired and after 1 hour you will find the shop coz map direction is confusing

This place have the best service and staff i meet at a watch/jewlery store. I have tattoo and mabye not look like many. This people never judge me. They gave me the best service ever! And i got to buy a new good watch and delivery on my old watch. I Will never go another shop if i Dubai and need this service! I am lost for words how good they where. Respect! And they have very Nice everything you need. My best for this shop and staff❤️ here you find all you need and more. I speak from my heart ❤️ i wish ny english better so i could tell all people how really good this shop and staff are to you as customer, i am Norwegian. And we never have one shop like this in Norway with same staff! IT not matter if you buy a watch for 1500 AED or 50.000AED this staff Will treat you like you need to REALLY feel good. I Hope one day i can buy a Rolex here. If you want the best watch shop in the world go here! I travel very much Amsterdam, Oslo Norway, Bangkok, USA and much more. And my Raymond weil they fix..... Yes words Are not enough. Only way you can see is go there yourself!!

Great experience with Adnan Jewellery, I found the Rolex i was looking for and they quickly confirmed that the watch was available in stock. The Director himself was very professional and assisted me personally. Would recommend the store definitely

Went to Adnan to have a battery and strap replaced. The job was done in 15 minutes at a great price with fantastic service. I will definitely be returning and would certainly recommend Adnan.

Mr Adil was very helpful and very patient with me throughout the sale .He helped me picked the right watch that matched my budget. I highly recommend Adnan Watch and jewelry store .The staff including Mr Rana was also very kind and courteous.
