One of the worst petrol pumps I have ever visited in my life. The staff is extremely unprofessional. Made me wait over 15 minutes not even on a busy day/time. The staff purposely made us wait and fueled up 8 other cars instead of us. Even the manager couldn’t come out and talk to his angry customers. Definitely never coming back to ADNOC.

Highly disappointed.

Had a really bad and dangerous experience here yesterday. Went to fill up gas in my Nissan armada. The guy started it and went to serve other customers. Their fuel nozzel did auto stop once gas was full and overflowed out. When I heard liquid gushing noise, I noticed the fuel spilling out of my tank and immediately switched off my car. I called out to the guy who came and took out the nozzel and cleaned the side of my car. I didn't complain because the guy was overworked, and I felt bad for him, but I posted this, so people are careful. I was also overcharged for the spillage. Usually, my tank fills up for aed210, but this time, I paid aed 272.

Service is great , good location, bad and tight entrance, you'll hit your vehicle rim at the entrance

This is definitely a much needed petrol station for Jumeirah one Al sofa albada I like to refuel here on a regular basis it's open 24/7 and it has got small grocery store help me to buy flowers.
