I am from Qatar . To dive into the fence for a few days. ADNOC Petal Station, I have seen it is good and clean station. Everyone here is well behaved, and the work style is very nice. They do the car wash very well here. To say that the maintenance here is very good. And the food of Antar restaurant is also very delicious. Thank you all from me. ????????❤️????????

It is relatively considered as a new petrol station in Dubai since Adnoc stations has opened only recently . The design of the station is nice and wide . Except for the air filling as it is located in front of the supermarkets and the parking always busy . The team is extremely friendly but they need little bit some training . Each side can take up to three cars at the same time very efficient to fill the car .

I just visited just now on 1:24 pm today Sunday 11/jun/2023 and I couldn’t wait to write them a review I swear to god best customer service I ever saw the crew are more then amazing the way how much they hostel you best service ever saw in my life just go visit and see by your self

Worst car wash I have gone so far, this was my first time I got my car wash from Jaffiliya ADNOC station and I make sure it’s the last time.

There was one lady who had some problem with her tire and all the car wash staff went to help her and left my car right there. Once they came back they it was time to go, the shift was changing. The next shift and the current shift people started fighting who is going to clean the car and I was standing there looking at them. It took them atlest 1 hour just to clean the car, which doesn’t look like it came out of car wash, they scratched my whole car, because they were busy in other stuff except cleaning my car, once they came back the car was dry and just used a dry cloth on a dry car which scratched my car.

The management should look in to it and get train their staff and inform them what is their job and what they being paid for.

This happened around 12:30 on 12-April-2023

i visited today morning around 9:30 am and i really like there service , compare too other staton , full service like cleaning my windshead thank you for the service speacially a boy called deepesh keep it up ????️????️

Very poor. Dear Adnoc management, you must see the staff on this shift, 6:45 am 16/01/2023 and train them well. They must know the first come first serve basis.. Staff was not attentive and they attend the last car after we wait for so long. Re - Train again your team. So that the customer will be happy and not be dismayed and feel that, they are not interested. ????
