Today was a nice day, I met amazing people who work in adventure HQ at Time Square ((Mike and Basyooni )) and in Nakheel mall (( Mohammad Rizme and Grace )) who helped perfectly well to get my Fenix watch. They really went out of their way the 4 of them to avail it for me with superior customer service and politeness. Sure Adventure HQ will be my new shopping spot.

Mohammed was so helpful by choosing the right bicycle for my son.. we were so pleased with all the information that he gave us.. so professional

I just want to add that today Naveed was so helpfully I asked to fix my daughter’s bike and he did it without any hesitation. I’m really impressed with your staffs in nakheel mall .. I would definitely come over and over

Flawlessly executed experience. Came in 50/50 about buying a bike, left with a great purchase, within budget, and got a great coupon redemption as well. Both father and son are happy!

The store was great. Riyaz provided super service. We found bathing suit, beach sandals and goggles for swimming that were all great - at very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Riyaz SAVED THE DAY!!! We got a bike for my daughter’s 5th birthday and struggled with the assembly. Riyaz jumped to your rescue, sorted out the brakes, handlebars and ensured the bike was safe to use! What a star and what a great service from Adventure HQ!!
