Very poor after sales and unreliable .
I purchased a Varta battery from them with 18 months warranty and with very regular usage on my private car the battery was dead within 10 months .I called them for replacement and even if all details of sale and invoice were captured on WhatsApp they mentioned they could not provide any warranty service without the warranty card ( which could not find on first instance ) .

After I found the warranty card I called them and they have promised to come to my place for replacement same day but nobody show up as promised. Next day I call them again and they sent finally a technician who verified that battery was dead ( zero measurement ) and he tried to replace with a cheaper and lower capacity Zeetex battery. When I complained about this then they said they did not have with on the track the same battery which was not true . After my self insisting on getting the same battery as replacement they found a new Varta one and replaced it. However when I asked them to give me back the initial warranty card with the new battery serial number to claim the 18 months warranty that battery has , they denied , they kept the original manufacturer warranty card and said that it is ‘understood by everyone in the world ‘ that when a faulty battery is replaced the new one has no warranty anymore .
Completely unreliable company trying to find ways to mislead clients and damaging Varta brand reputation. Strongly advise DO NOT TRUST

One the worth company i deal with them i buy battery from them within 11 month the battery died they change it and again the battery died within 10 month when u called them they dont care and very. Ad service not recommended to deal with them i will share my experience with DED and quality service in dubai

I recommended them to someone. When the guy came with the battery i noticed that the box description was different and the battery tag was different. I m not saying that they sell fake but after the incident i will never do any dealing with them. Even after i cancel the deal, some guy from the same company called from a different number and try to sell the same item. Please b aware when u deal with them 23-01-2020

Such a worst experience with this company ,especially Mr.Shohaib from sales,he agreed on some battery and send some technicians with differen battery and asked for higher price ,waste of your time better jump start your car and go near garage then call this people's and waste your time, they will waste all your time, even if your road in this hot climate

When you speak to them about coming to jump start a car they always say 40 minutes but for the second time I have used them, I should have learn the first time, it was 1 hr 40 minutes the first time and the second it has now been. 1 hr 20 minutes and he just says close...always has a excuse but that does not help...

Never buy battery here , they are selling not fully charged battery , and they refused to send mechanic also it's really don't care about you after sold filling complaint in consumer court

Such a worst experience this company, they keep the costumer waiting almost 2hr. Not recommended.

Worst service ever technician came to check battery he insisted that nothing wrong with battery despite checked at agency with clear report showing low voltage he did wrong check and put wrong battery parameters in order not to change battery with new one during warranty & want to take his visit fees.. Don't recommend them to anyone bad attitude bad customer treat fake checking
