I gave him 200 AED

He gave me 150 AED back.

He charged me 2 AED per Bananas where I can buy the same 7 bananas for 6AED @ Lulu or Carrefour.

This is simply ridiculous.

Worst grocery. Purchasing worth aed 10 and i gave 200 and cashier will tell me that he do not have change? So it’s my problem now? Grocery must have change no matter what. What if some people don’t have card how can they even pay?

Worst attitude dealing with a cashier thi morning. I called to order water only to be told that Minimum is AED 20. Only to have a rude cashier in DIP tell me that he will not deliver my order because he felt that I was rude ( I was not). This person is not even the owner of the shop and is cancelling orders like a boss. I want to speak to the General manager or anyone in power about this! How can you hire such RUDE STAFF. DIP LOCATION ( ARENCO OFFICES) i NEED AN EMAIL ADDRESS.. THIS IS ABUSE OF CUSTOMERS

Worst attitude of the Cashier named Shoaib(European Business Centre DIP). I had to ask 3 times for the receipt of products I purchased. When I asked, why not providing the bill without a customer asking for it, his explanation- ' We provide receipt only when a customer asks for it.' Really? The owner should keep a close eye on him. He is not giving the bills for the purchase unless if a customer asks for it..

This review is for the Arenco branch....

Third class customer dealing the salesperson is not friendly at all..Forcely suggesting products to you..I ask for a spoon with the tea I got and he refused..Instead of showing some good gesture to customer he told me go ahead and make my complaint..Selling costly items..I suggest all to beware of the guy in this grocery..and advise to the owner to teach him some ethics..
