Most dissatisfying service from work shop.

I gave my car on 31/05 & they promised to give back my car on 12/06 but I got it back on 16/06 that too with unsatisfactory work.

They gave me back at late evening so I was not able to check properly the work done. They kept my car for 17 days for nothing.

After paint they didn’t removed paper from my car & still marks on car are visible.

Front bumper is not fixed well. So basically over all no job done properly. Because of insurance I had to take my car to them.

Office staff is still helpful but over all experience is too bad.

I do not recommend them to anyone.

Very efficient and friendly service. Specially Mr. Abbas he gave me extra time and care for my required inquiries and service. Must recommend for all RTA and gurage related services

Very bad customer service. I have approval to get my car repaired from this garage. I have been trying to contact them on all available numbers, even on their other branches, but none of them are answering at all. Was so tired trying that I decided not to choose these people. These guys should 1st learn to answer their customer calls. Will never recommend anyone here

Very bad customer service ever seen in RTA testing centre, this is the first and last time we are passing vehicle such a bad behavior from customer service staffs in testing centre . Securities are good and supporting for all
But really got such a worst customer service experience from here

Only come here if you're bored at home.
Let them get free from gossiping and mobile phones, so they can serve you.

Extremely slow processing

Un-skilled team, I visited this Palace for my vehicle renewal... Before testing, I went outside to check the condition of car. As per outsider mechanic car is in good condition..
But when AG team checked they failed my car due to many reasons
1) hazard triangle was inside the box but he didn't check tool box and he mentioned triangle not available.
2) my Tyre was dirty then he mentioned change all tyre which one I changed in 3 year back.
3) many things he mentioned to be change.

Parking spaces are a bit tight to get into but the parking was free for an hour so can't complain
