Very bad service, I paid for a part almost double and they still fixed a faulty part again . Then I went to another garage got correct part with half price and i was just shocked how someone can steal customer money like this

Technicians are good, but their labor charges are very high compare to other garages.. disappointed and shocked seeing their final bill????

Very disappointed with their services! I went with one problem but they fixed something which was non-existent and I had to pay unnecessarily for something they could not rectify and the problem has now doubled.

Bad service. Not trusted. I have given the vehicle for 100km service. Return with so many complaints. Un professional behaviour.

A fabulous Scottish town. You can walk down to Loch Ness & take in the stunning scenery. Shops opposite the locks sell ice cream, coffee & cakes. There's a swing bridge & 5 locks which were quite busy. Toilets, car parking (free if your prepared to walk a short distance) & a petrol station. Very popular & rightly so.

Unique and interesting place in Fort Augustus. Some gift shops and restaurants along the way as well. Great memory when we spent time there for a holiday.

Small town at the bottom end of Lochness. All the main facilities including public toilets and fuel station available. Decent size car park available (Not free). There were signs for free parking up the main road.
You can get lake cruises from here. A few cafes and a couple of fish and chips shops nearby.

You have to see it... and best experience it yourself! The lock keepers are very friendly and helpful - sensational. The whole thing is exhausting (pulling the rental boat from lock to lock) but it looks worse than it is. And for all spectators (and there were many of them) definitely a must.

Great going through in the boat Fort Augustus was beautiful. Nice arrangement of shops, cafes the Red Box cafe was awesome. Fish n chip shops especially a fish n chip shop by the petrol garage. Nom nom nom x good for the boat as we could use the shower/toilet facilities. Much easier than showering on the boat with kids ????.

What an amazing feat of engineering. Very interesting to watch the 5 locks working in sequence to allow boats to travel up and down the canal, plus there is also a swing bridge on the main road through the village that crosses the canal.
Plenty of nice little shops and places to eat a snack or a full meal.
You can moor your boat at the top or bottom of the flight of locks or park your car in the village next to the canal.
There is a petrol station / supermarket combined which is very useful.

We stayed at the locks before travelling to Aberdeen. Wouldn't spend more than a night as everything is close by. Just out of season,so missed the loch tour. Nice place to visit
