bus drivers have bad attitude towards everyone. Security guard has small-man complex. Come on Arriva, sort your staff out.

My son lost his wallet on the bus the other day and was found by the cleaners and he had it returned the following day including all the cash inside .something you dont see anymore. I'd like to thank them all for helping us get it back

The service off a driver this morning was shocking as my daughter only had a £10 note and was refused on the bus because she had no change so she was late for work, The bus was the 9am from acrefair to wrexham and i will be taking this a lot further as i am a taxi driver for wrexham district and if i could not change a £10 note then it would be my fault as you no full well to carry a float as i have been doing it 27yrs and neved refused anyone a service for me not having change and it will be on every sociel media and paper unless this is sorted and resolved in a proper manner and as for stars it has one because they make you give one before you can comment but no sorry it should not have had any for that kind of service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
