Worst Madina market I ever seen... I strongly don't recommend this shop.... I suggest nearby this market another souq al madina market.... It is good and neat one

Staffs are very rude. Not responding soon.... All are act like rudeless.. Delivery also very worst.... Not promised and So late delivery

Very bad attitude from one of a Main supervisor. He is not maintaining good attitude to his subordinates then how customers can expect some good manners.
As a daily customer we met with such kind of incident from the staff which I mentioned.

To the management,
Customer is your king so treat them well

Except for cosmetics
I bought a sensodyne toothpaste and it’s totally faked one.went to the market to tell them and just said we will inform to them supplier about this and don’t return as said it’s our policy.
Totally useless.

Never ever try to ask them for delivery, whenever you order them they send you a lowest quality of product and rotten fruit. Staff behaviour is not acceptable at all very rude people who don't know to handle business. When you call them for complain they ask you not to order again. For your information brother we are paying you for the product and you are not giving us free of cost.

Parking is easily available around the clock,
It’s sort of super store where you can find almost all stuff.
No work on hygiene and you will find very dirty vegetables and meat section.

Slow, moody, rude and unattended staff .

NOT RECOMMENDED.

Cheapest convenience store in town

Credit card usage shouldn’t be limited to a certain amount. Convenience store model maybe revisited.

Hence I am revising the rating to 3.
