Splendid day. Awesome Experience. It will be open after 2am. Entry is 50/ pax. Will get one complimentary drink along with it. its in the rooftop. Really enjoyed the party. Had mast. Chilled till 6 in the morning.

WOrst rooftop cafe ever i have been in terms of ambiance,service and quality of hookah. The waitress are just there to show off their dancing skills and not for providing service. The pool has a 3rd world fountain which sprays water all over the place. The staff has no enthusiasm to serve the customer. you have to call them 4-5 times in order to take your order. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

This venue is stress blaster, have good quality sound with pool vibe, very very casual dining with open bar till 5.30am . .young crowd and happening place . #dubainightlife

What a crazy place.. deserves 5 star because of how simply unique it is:
Total darkness at the bar hall … full of people sitting and standing, smoothly overcrowded … you can’t see but the nice ladies through the heavy shisha and cigarette smoke
At pool side… ladies are all around… chill , enjoy and dance ????

Best thing about this air lounge is that it opens when all clubs close! No matter how disappointed you are but you will be happy to have drinks and music late night till morning! The place goes lively after 3am!

Wir waren um kurz nach 12 Uhr Nachts dort. Als einzigste Gäste.
Das servieren von 3 Getränken und 1er Shisha hat über 30 Minuten gedauert obwohl 4 Bedienungen anwesend wahren.
Die Freundlichkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.
Private Belange der Bedienungen waren wohl viel wichtiger (Tanzen & Quatschen)
Die Qualität der Shisha war schlecht. Um kurz nach 1 Uhr wurden wir aufgefordert zu zahlen und zu gehen da jetzt eine Party anfängt. Wir waren zu dem Zeitpunkt noch die einzigen Gäste.
Abgerechnet wurde dann fast doppelt soviel wie auf der Karte angeben.

Easy and painless experience with our onboarding manager Tom. Very helpful and attentive to any requests we had with our chilled product. Offered solutions to problems we had not quite thought of was much welcomed as we were fairly new to the online order fulfilment game. We were up and running very quickly after stock was receipted.

13 cartons from the UK to Australia and this is how they're packed. The yellow tape is from DHL having to repack and secure the valuable goods inside. The products inside have just been thrown in with zero care.

We used Fulfilment Crowd as our 3PL provider in the UK and their attention to detail was at zero. Lost packaged, late packages, etc. Constantly dealing with 'lost in transit'...

Avoid at all costs.

avoid this warehouse ! Totally scammmm
Im giving the most honest review as a company owner and having the worst experience with this warehouse .
I moved my stock about two years ago there and I started been overcharged by them . They are money rubber and don’t look after of your stock i promise . They have the least care for your items and the worst shipping services . They damaged lots of my stock and they never accept to pay even a penny of the damaged they caused . I have also done relabelling for my product by them . Once it’s done it was terrible too . After having a lot of issue i finally moved my stock out and I got many of them damaged again . Please avoid this ware house otherwise you’ll get disappointed . They are also a terrible customer care

I have just left Fulfilment Crowd after a highly stressful, expensive and difficult 10 month experience. I am now pursuing a legal case to recoup some of my losses. Be warned if you are a prospective or current customer, these are some of the problems I have encountered.
- Promised a 6pm last despatch time, after only 3 weeks this was pulled back to 4pm for the remainder of my time there. Just last week I was told by the Chief Delivery Manager at Chorley that he couldn't understand why this had happened as last collection was 8pm
- Quoted an average figure of £5.61 per order - actual costs have been in excess of £9.00
- Stock has not been rotated, leading to older stock remaining in the warehouse and my business being charged for long term storage
- Stock has not been consolidated leading to excessive storage charges more than double that of my last warehouse
- Instructions on order packing in branded boxes and bags have not been followed despite videos, images, and raising numerous tickets - after 10 months this was still occurring and causing complaints from customers
- Incorrect items sent out to customers, of course errors will always be made, however Fulfilment Crowd refused to correct them and send out the right items (claiming their cctv shows they didn't make a mistake despite having customer photos of the wrong product).
- customers selected and paid for 24hour shipping however Fulfilment Crowd sent these out on a 48 hour service and claimed 'there was no difference anyway during the strikes'
- warehouse claimed not to have received a large order of expensive stock with new ranges. Continued to deny this up until the point one of my customers
incorrectly received the item they disputed ever having
- Items that have now arrived in my new fulfilment centre have been damaged through their packing methods (folding products asked to keep flat) and putting natural products in plastic bags
I could go on ..... the endless raising of tickets, spurious charges on my account, inability to speak to anyone and conflicting advice from shared services have all led to huge losses, and wasted time in my business. I wished I had spent as much time on my own business in the last year as I have done chasing all the issues at Fulfilment Crowd.

Our Onboarding Manager Nathan was a great help getting us set up on the system. We had some special requests, like wanting orders to be automatically held so we could review them, and he got that all organised and explained how it would work. He was also really quick to answer any questions we had.
The app itself is really easy to use and all the information is displayed in a really clear, easy-to-navigate way. There is also a live chat feature, usually manned by Ryan, which has been brilliant because you can get questions answered straightaway while you're using the app.
We're a UK company but we're distributing orders in the US and despite the distance we feel in complete control. We can monitor inventory, look up tracking info and even get our stock repacked in a certain way ready for dispatch. The US team are super efficient and get things dispatched really quickly.

An excellent company to work for, everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. They also offer an excellent Product and Service, which is proven by the amount of customers we retain. The management are approachable and if you're struggling with anything they want to help you solve it. If you seen a vacancies and want to work for a fun forward thinking company, then apply, you won't regret it.

I have been working with Fulfilment crowd for 3 years and am really happy with the service. My main contact Charlotte is always really helpful and goes over and above to support our brand. The whole process is very slick and gives complete confidence that everything is in good hands. They are extremely efficient and also since my business has real peaks in trade they manage this very effectively and nothing ever seems too much trouble. Couldn't recommend more highly.

I am a new start-up and knew from the offset that I did not want to be filling and shipping boxes every day, I wanted to spend time on my business and customers. Kirsty has been amazing, sorting out any minor issues I have had, I hope I am not tempting fate writing this review but so far so good. I would fully recommend it.
