Went for 75+covid shot. Dozens and dozens of elderly people queuing. But 6 rooms available with a nurse and a computer staff at ready. Very very efficient. In and out in 6 minutes despite people in front of me.

Checked in on their computer, waited about 5mins then into to see my physio all good ! In & out in 10 mins . Brilliant!

The young girls on reception make it impossible to get an appointment, they say they can't make appointments at their desk saying you have to ring, went outside and rang then told you can't make an appointment you have to fill out an online form, this is now healthcare with out the caring, no wonder so many people end up going to a & e

A brilliant surgery, with very helpful reception staff and wonderful health-care workers, nurses and GP’s. A big thank you to Dr Ling for his kindness whilst treating our daughter today, it made such a difference. As a family, we have always felt supported whenever we have needed help or advice from the surgery. Thank you.

I rung early for an appointment
By the end of the day I had seen the doctor who referred me to who I need to see and I was contacted by them with an appointment. Great service thank you

Best GP care I've had to date.

Dr Inderpal Mahli is an excellent GP. He has always been highly professional, attentive, responsive and quick with referrals and shared care issues (I'm recently diagnosed with ADHD and Ulcerative Colitis which both require external specialists).

After years of endless, hopeless waiting lists, incorrect diagnosis and dismissive attitudes (previous GPs in London), I finally feel my health concerns and struggles are being addressed properly and professionally.
