We lived in AKA Residence In 2020-2021.Very nice and amazing building,high quality finishing.Very clean.Everyone in the building very friendly and helpful starting with management mr. Amir to security and maintenance.Super professional and extra supportive team.

Used to be a very nice place to live. The apartments are very pretty and clean. But recently it became very noisy , can't sleep at night as people are having loud music or parties inside their apartments. And security couldn't help . We are moving out as soon as our contract is finished.

Nice new residence very friendly security. The gym is great and also the pool is clean. Very reasonably priced apartment especially ground floor with huge terrace but kitchen is toooo small :(

Building is great, but 4 stars bcz they surprised me by increasing the rent and removing the chiller free option so I had to move out
