I came to eat Japanese food, but food was all American. Food is tasty and has lots of artificial umami. Staff were honest and attentive. Almost all juices are not fresh. I love the design of the restaurant. But overall I'm not satisfied with the value for money. And definitely not coming back.

Super love everything that we ordered!! The double truffle pizza was the bomb! Full of flavor but not overpowering! The rock shrimp was also perfectly done! Staff is very attentive and I love the vibe in their dubai hills mall branch! Would definitely be back again!

Fast delivery of food.
Very tasty food too!

Ps- the plates look kind of small, but the portions were good enough to keep leaving with full stomachs.

Good quality and great taste. We had the Margherita pizza and chicken sando and they were great shareables. Also had the Furikake fries, they were a tiny bit oily. Best part is the incredibly fast service.

Good place and nice staff.. we ordered rock shrimps, beef gyoza, crispy chicken sando, and dynamite rolls. All was tasty, but the gyoza was average.

Akiba Dori in Dubai Hills Mall…
They offer free ice cream for a review. I love ice cream, but even though I can’t write a good review.

We tried:
Chicken fingers with waffle fries kids menu
Beef donburi
Rock shrimps
Chicken sliders
Mixed ice cream

The best one amongst all was beef donburi. Chicken sliders look like a joke. See photo.
Kids chicken fingers were super dry.
Ice cream is literally an ice.
We couldn’t finish none of the dishes.

Glasses smell eggs, we asked to change few times. Hygiene is so so, sofa was covered with crumbles, we asked to wipe before we sat.

Sorry, can’t recommend.

The ambiance is amazing, staff are all friendly and the service is fast and professional. The food is amazing as well but it’s a little bit expensive for its size.

3 stars only for the interior and service. The food is mediocre — there is no avocado in the roll with avocado, a thought process behind nice serving is non-existent, everything looks as if it's your novice-cook friend has cooked, not a restaurant chef. The taste is similar too. Very disappointed.
