I booked Matt's Cabs for an airport transfer this week, and from the first enquiry to the moment we were dropped back at home, they have been great. Not only was our driver (I think Matt himself) very nice about letting us play music on the way to the airport (it was a hen party), and stop for a few comfort breaks en route, but when our luggage was delayed when we landed back in Bristol, our driver Andy was super patient. He even brought us the snacks we didn't manage to finish on the way to the airport - what a ledge - and was happy to let us stop for food on the way home. The price was also very reasonable compared to other local companies, and they were very punctual. Vehicle was also very clean and comfortable. All in all I can't say enough nice things really! I would recommend Matt's Cabs, and will definitely be using them again. Thank you so much from very happy (very tired) customers ☺️

Absolutely brilliant service! We’ve been ringing around several companies in the area to help with a last minute booking and Matt not only organise the driver and the vehicle but the service was also great. Highly recommend it!

Failed to turn up, when I called said they didn't receive a booking, when they realised it was their mistake they made a lie about a flat tire. Unreliable!

Told us that we weren't waiting for the taxi so they pulled it off the job. We were standing outside the hotel and it didn't turn up. Called and apparently we were at fault, appalling service to the point it's actually quite funny

Anthony is the one I can't speak highly enough of. He is always punctual, always a laugh & a great communicator. He always charges the same price for regular runs & his vehicle is always clean & tidy. Wouldn't use anyone else.

Absolutely shocking attitude from the phone line operator over the fact a school contract was forgotten by a driver and 4 children left with no transport. No mention by the driver that all contracts must go through their office when he took the booking and money. Apparently customers should know this. Disgusting customer service. I couldn't speak to the owner as I was hung up on in a very rude manner so I'm reporting this to the council..
