Horrible Experience and worst after-sales experience. Don't waste your time on this shop. This shop is NOT EVEN WORTH the one-star reviews it has gotten. Consider it your badluck to have ever come across or purchased something from this shop!

Worst experience and this guy Mohamed Fayas is a complete liar. Promised to deliver the furniture last month and to this date, been constantly lying about the delivery. Took 1000 AED as an advance and never returned the money as well. Please consider other shops in Karama or best go to Homebox/other retail outlets but don't waste your time here. I am not a guy who writes a bad review but this guy is unbelievable and I think no other person should go through such bad experience.

Very bad experience to deal with this shop. They took payment to produce a custom size mattress and then sold it to someone else before I could collect it. Have bought from them before as well but never again.

Worst experience!! Bought sofa bed from this shop and when delivered it was of very poor quality.. unfinished bed handles, tried to complaint but no one from the shop showed up to even look at the bed once... wasted money on making so many calls.

Now after 6 months, bed has started breaking... bottom ply is broken, wheels are broken !! Again same story no one from the shop is entertaining the complaint. Very arrogant people, all liars... never buy from this shop !!

I received a bunk bed made by the shop. But it broke in 6 months and it's been more than a week now no body from the shop has come to fix this. Bad service as everytime we have to follow up to get our things done. Delay in delivering furnitures as well.

Worst experience,rude behaviour,different product,thoroughly disappointed. Never recommend, Never get the furniture delivery in time.very bad ????

We comissioned a basic cupboard.....they never called ch the delivery date....we had to chase trem for two days but they kept delaying the delivery.... We cancelled the order & they didn't care about losing the job at all

Terrible and horrible service. We are literally at their mercy. 2 transactions done and will never deal with them again. They delay everything. Will visit their competitors next door.
