Worst maintenance. They have no respect for tenant requests. While signing the contract they tell you it's maintenance free building but what they actually mean is that its zero maintenance. No Pool, No Gym, No facility whatsoever. Very old building full of roaches and bedbugs. If you ask them to fix something, it will never happen. Don't rent in this building.

As a neighbor opposite this building I want to give it a serious complaint. Last night there was a noisy party on lower floor of the building, a few people were singing and shouting from 11pm to almost 1 am in the balcony , totally ignoring other residents’ legal right to have a peaceful environment. If this happens again, I will definitely call 999 to report a complaint.

AC is a problem here always malfunctioning and takes longer time to fix. I wouldn’t recommend living here.

Very bad maintenance electrician Ali is Rude. Takes weeks to attend maintenance toilet not working properly there's too much cockroaches in the building and no action at all
