They have delicious food , I love their honey cheese fatayer. Good on pocket. Have limited sitting space but stuff is very courteous and they accommodate you at their best .Must try

My experience at Al Amoor Restaurant. First and last time!

I went to Al Amoor at Riga (don’t know they have the same owner or not but the same restaurant sign)

The Egyptian staff was very rude to me. First of all, I don’t speak Arabic so I made order in English. I ordered spicy potatoes as it was shown on “Hot Appetizers” the Egyptian male staff (don’t know his name) replied me in English “We only have in the morning.”

That time it really confused me because it was on appetizers menu not the breakfast menu. So I asked him “All appetizers menu are only in the morning?” And I asked because I want to know what I can order.

Then he replied to me Arabic. That time I still had no clue what he talked so I said “I speak English.” That’s because I’m wearing hijab and I just thought he might forget that I speak English so I just remind him but he still doesn’t reply me in English.

Then my husband (Egyptian) told me to stop and speaking Arabic with him. I found out today that the staff said something rude (I still don’t understand how to translate in English) to me in Arabic because he thought that my question “all appetizers only for the morning?” was aggressive!

It was a simple question, he did not answer me. I discuss with all Egyptian friends I know and the conclusion is his ego assume that my simple question was aggressive so he turned rude to me by speaking Arabic.

If he has normal brain, he would have said “the potato is finished” or “we have only French fries now.” That’s very simple!

That’s my first and last experience in this restaurant as an Asian Muslim woman. THEY DID NOT WELCOME ME. SO I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY ON THEM AGAIN.

Please have some service mind. Your food is not that tasty though. If I knew what you’ve said in Arabic, I would have left right away and didn’t even wanna touch your food. NOW I am really aggressive on purpose!

From time to time i have to pass by to al Amoor to have koshary , I think this branch serve the best koshary

I tried the Meat pie and they use the Golden Puck cream. It tasted ok ok types. It had olives an all. The best Al Ammor is the one opposite Dubai Frame. They use the Golden Almarai Cream and it tastes the best.

I believe that the food that they serve is not for any spicy food lover, lack of spice i would say. No proper sitting arrangements inside restaurants as you will be sitting outside on the pathway.. Staff mostly speaks arabic and are not mostly unable to understand English. Need to improve in these things. Much Love n Peace ✌️

Taste is amazing as usual, price is very good. Dining area is not good especially during summers. Also next to the dining area are cars parked where people keep their cars on and you are sitting in the heat from their exhausts

Its my nephew recommended the restaurant and had it delivered. First time lasts... the Craft/cheese is so delicious, with the sweetness of the honey, the combination is so perfect. The Mix Meat is also fine. Hope you enjoy it better on snacks in the afternoon or have it as a dessert in the evening.

If you are other nationality except Arabic then don't go this Egyptian guy stupid head. Don't know. How. To talk to girls and. How to give customer service 0 in everything They are the most unhygienic ppl i have ever seen The food came after 40 min of ordering no plates Nthg was served no cutlery before i finish my food he want to clean the table and he want me yo go as we were indians we are also being abused in Arabic language Worst ppl worst food and worst manners

Lovely Park since it has been redone... Christmas Market was fab! and Definately les muddy than last year.. Would highly recommend popping round at the Christmas market

The revamped Park looks very nice. It's also wheelchair friendly with numerous drop kerbs and smooth transitions.
