Very excellent and very cheap prices. It contains all the necessities of the house. It also contains foodstuffs and clothes for the family and young people. Electrical appliances and telephones. The shop is organized and easy to move around inside.

This happens yesterday (30-08-2022), I'm a regular customer of Al Ansari exchange. I went to their branch near salah al din metro station for transaction. I do all the transactions through the app. so that its hassle free and there is specific counter which is given priority to app users etc., but the guy sitting at that specific counter yesterday was so rude, there was que at that counter, so went and asked him whether I can do the transaction coz I did through the application and that specific counter has to give the priority to peoples who done transaction through the application which is the rule of that exchange. But not only he denies my request but also make fun of me in front of other customers, which make other customers turns against me, like I was doing something wrong. Even though I tried to told him there is a written sign board right in front of that counter, he is telling there is no rule and no priority and I have to wait in the que. I was so humiliated by him, coz this never happens to me. I don't want to mention his name coz I don't want to defame anyone, but peoples like him degrades that company's image and faith of customers.

Had 3 bad experiences on this branch..worst among the worst..don't ask assistance from this branch..worst customer service center, no action on complaint

This branch of al ansari exchange and compare to all exchange outlets out there. This branch probably one of the best if not the best when it comes to service and overall experience. They were very helpful, specially the manager could not get his name but much respect to all of you guys. You are doing great. Bless you all

Is very bad service and very bad staff .last months I went there in Riga branch to receive my salary .after I went to my room ifuon some one from Sam branch he calling me what he seed to me ,,,,, you stoling Mony igive you over 500dh itold him ichiking my Mony front of you he seed to me no I'm sure igive you more 500di iseed to him late me check again and I will reply you he seed no you talked this Mony and isowe u in cam itold him ok I will come with police and will check again front of u u know Howe menu Tim call me this man every day morthin 5 Tim's daily Howe come laike that and what he seed to me iwoll tell police abut u rily is very very very very bad exthanex
