If there is zero. I would .CS Team are not even clear in communicating,calls were not recorded so they don’t know what they to ask and to do.They are not even accommodating and doesn’t know what are they doing…So what I have to expect on this service..Ben transferring money for long time and I was like,I don’t know very horrible service at all,was surprised..I was like mislead from the staff.Paying a fee without a specific reason! Please before putting them doing live calls,teach them well.

I had to urgently send money to NZ .The transaction was done in the morning and The staff with whom I had to coordinate called up after his end of shift requesting that he requires additional proof Upon forwarding additional proof , he failed to send it to headquarters . I already lost three days now waiting for approval. Pathetic

Laziet and slowest back office team. Its really hard to deal with them. I will suggest them to hire the qualified teams and better to use AI model, so no one will suffer, thank you!

I visited their branch located at Al mutena area on Friday 27th of January around 10 20 pm, the staff was very slow in serving the clients and when I asked the security man about the one in charge, he pointed to the counter number one, I asked him why the service is slow, he didn't reply me and after a few minutes I repeated the same question, he said I can answer you after finishing the transaction he is doing without any apology. The behavior and the reaction wasn't up to the standard expected from a company has a good reputation in the market.

I am very disappointed with your response to requests. A company that has been in the money business for years and the number clientele you have, taking more than 5 days to deliver a mere transactional statement is an embarrassment. You should do much better, you can do better.

One of the worst exchange in UAE with very poor customer service, using old system and even can not provide old data in time of need. No response to email. If you send money and left the country then they will not give you even your own data. Your own transaction information. You should go back to UAE to collect your transaction statement. How strange.

No rules posted regarding the amount to remit, and is demanding 3 months payslips as evidence for as little as 55 thousands. Agent is unaware of cut off point for the maximum to be remitted.
