This is the worst branch for Al Ansari exchange with the worst service. They have no respect for the clients nor their time!!
specially employee name Ahmmed he was very bad behavior just imagine he put the 100 ad to the light to check if it is real and we are with al Ansari since 23 years ,IN front of him there is Machin he can examine the paper without disturb the client ,also the way he is talking was very bad behavior

Al Ansari is the fastest, reliable and trustworthy exchange I’ve experienced for more than 10years!
I hope they will have branch in the Philippines too!
Counter staff are friendly and approachable despite of different nationalities and Apps are the Best! Quick and fast!
Well, hope to win one day on their promotions ????????????????????????!

Just wanted to show my appreciation for your Filipina staff.
I am sorry I was not able to get her name.
I sent money to my family yesterday evening and she was very pleasant while processing my transaction.
This morning, as my brother was trying collect the amount, he encountered issues as the remittance outlet was saying it was not online from Al Ansari's end.
I am sure this was not the case.
Anyway, I called your branch and explained to your staff the scenario and she was able to guide me confidently on a resolution.
Minutes later, collection was successful.
Kudos to your staff and to Al Ansari for a having in place effective people and processes. My loyalty to your brand just increased.

Today I have visited Mercato mall branch. It was a great experience with Kathreen. She was very professional and knowledgeable about her job. 3 times I went to her with one transaction and she assisted me very well, completely satisfied. Thank you Kathreen and whole Mercato branch team. Keep up the good work.

This is the worst branch for Al Ansari exchange with the worst service. They took more than half an hour to process my request and after waiting all that time I was told that’s it can’t be processed for a silly reason. They have no respect for the clients nor their time!!

Bad service, they took copy of my passport, and now they are telling me that ur request for statement cant be done without ur original one, hows that logic? Bad service
