The worst experience ever in Alansari they kept me waiting for more than an hour and I told them I will go home and come back later, they said no. they called their manager from support or I don't know where and they started smiling I swear their service is bad and I don't advice anyone to work with this is what happened to me after years of dealing with them
Best options guys use rustomani they are very good, these guys made me wait for almost 2 hours when I had may old parents with me and they saw them and still said no when I told them I will drop them and come back
very bad
never felt like this anywhere

Very unprofessional staff I send money I had an emergency there was del at asked for refund so that I will use another service they didn't want to refund that the system has declined the refund the manager asked me to call western union on my own thought it was the duty of exchange to follow up with their patner the philippines guy I think Joan or something told me I was waisting his time a series of endless calls 1hr standing at the exchange counter very unprofessional if you have any emergency please use other exchange not this one that staff tell you straight you are waisting their time following up for a refund

Lazy staff. Talking to each other and we are only 2 customers in queue. The lady infront of me exchange her thailand money to dirhams.
NO ONE from the 3 windows want to assist me. VERY BAD SERVICE!

Opening hours not even updated, it clearly says open 8am I arrive at 8:30 after a long drive and clearly closed with no information at all, not good at all , time wasted
