The manager was there before, and the service was super good. Now the manager has changed. This manager has very poor service. I really want to make a complaint. I will never go to this place again.

Very bad service it took me 50 mins for the transaction. No queue system any one come in between and process the transaction

Very friendly service - had key cutting done at about 18.30. All other laces shut key cutting at 6pm. All 3 keys also work perfectly too. I think they are lazer cut.
Great job.
Staff member was very capable and chatty.

Affordable prices. Amazing (vegan) lollipops! Friendly funny staff.
Update.... Great customer service. She even cut my scratchy label off for me!

Some good stuff in and bargain prices and it's great for a walk around to kill an hour.. Good selection of hobby and craft goods. Also have an Iceland inside so you can get a basic shop aswell.

Big store, surprised no uniformed security last time saw someone run out with a vacuum, running to rough estate near sainsbury petrol station, most staff stuck together talking ignoring customers,lots of choice, great prices on food, etc better than B & M

Lovely shop especially at Christmas. Handy little iceland inside so you can pick up something for tea.
