Bought a used Hyundai kona electric, was exactly as described on the phone. Helpful and honest sales team, I feel they went the extra mile having the car charged and ready for collection and the handover process was a joy. Very happy with the car ????????????

Purchased a Ford Galaxy 8/4/23 @ £22,700 & travelled from Surrey by train. Car as described and happy with it.

But the experience could have been better as after 4 hours travelling to the local station there was no offer of a help/pick up when I called them on arrival at the local station for as there were no taxi’s, they simply gave me a taxi phone number and I had to wait a further 30 mins for the taxi. Millars was less than a 5 min drive away.

Also no mention beforehand during many conversations that it would not be possible to online tax the car at Millars and that I would have to go to an open, recommended “easy to find” post office which subsequently took me over an hour to get to / find. Had I been forwarded I could have prepared.

Would I buy again - maybe after a few years have dulled the experience.

We had a positive experience buying our first car from PW Millar. The staff were professional and helpful, and they negotiated a great deal for us. Nadeem was particularly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. We would definitely recommend them to others

We recently bought a car from PW Millar, we had a 2 hour journey to get here but it was worth every minute of the drive
The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional and non pushy like many other car dealerships.
We will not hesitate to purchase another car from here and highly recommend them, many thanks ????

Very happy with my experience. Nad was very professional and friendly while allowing me and my father the freedom to explore the car. Car condition was excellent as described. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

First time buying a car from PW Millar and I have to say it was a very easy experience. Dealt with Nad, who kept us informed throughout the purchase. Very simple transaction, no pressure selling, just a friendly dealership with nice staff.
