I was shocked from the quality for the bread I received today .. the bread is today date but smells like very old bread and the bread is not soft and have cracks.
Today date but look like 2 to 3 days old.

If anyone looking for customer satisfaction from thr management they can contact me as I have picture of the date of manufacture and the status the bread

Very bad customer service. I not mentioned sales man name. But plz training properly. I called Al qouz office and spoke with manager but still salesman attitude is same

The bread is very bad,
Adding also that the ink of the bag are low quality that have ruined as well my kitchen table.

I dont recommend it!!

No one will agree about the quality of the products and bread, but I mean it says 24 hours as they working, I called today Friday around 8:30 am to make a big order they said they don’t deliver homes,
I made my self very clear it’s a big order, so the receptionist gave me “ head of sales “ number , I called no one answered
Of course no one will answer , he’s the head of sales his pockets are full he won’t work on Fridays and specially in the morning, I made my self very clear that I need the sales person who works in a specific area in Dubai, but he wanted to give me a sales supervisor I mean cum’n these “ supervisors “ people won’t work on Fridays in the early morning no one does but a sales representative !
I hope my msg was clear about how “ normal people “ like me sometimes we need big orders on Friday mornings and ONLY regular sales people will deliver it

I am not rating the business for the food. I used to like it very much especially the one in Sharja but hate the one in Abu Dhabi (cos the lady behind the counter is terrible or was a few months back). So I guess if I was rating them on that I would give a 3*. I am rating them on part of the business, their Al Arz van drivers, or particulary one I had an encounter this morning in Abu Dhabi. Today one pushed me to the hard shoulder to show that I was not driving fast enough for his requirments. We were getting on the motoway and he could have pass me very easily as I was outside lane but he decided to push me towards the hard shoulder risking my life all this before 6am. Maybe he was late for work. My good friend you need to wake up on time!!!! My passanger took a video of him after he let me go and clearly he was road ranging with others too. I wanted to put the video up here but I was advised againts it. So no video only a bad review I understand nothing will happen even though, how van drivers funtion is a bad marketing for the company.... I feel better to let it off my chest.

The bread is bad and also the delivery worker asks you to give him money if you do not give him he will be late in your order and it is possible that he gives your order without paying him

Used to be best arabic lebanese bread, not anymore.. bread is extremely thin doesn’t hold any moist inside, it will break easily, which is not what real lebanese bread should do. Found a new brand that is giving real lebanese bread & switching to it “al cazar”
