One of the best bike shops in Dubai ,
Fantastic service and their staff knows very well what they are selling you and will be able to help you make the right choice.

Not only is their collection great , they offer amazing prices.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bike

The only reason why I couldn't give a 5 star is that the shop is situated in the most busiest business associated areas. So parking is difficult, I mean literally difficult. If you drive, you'll need to be extra careful, there are people transporting goods in on stand up trollies possibly bumping into your car. And when you're in traffic in those small streets expect at least 30-45 minute delays.

Now, about the shop. Not easy to get to due to my explanation above. But by my personal experience, I stopped in front if the shop, immediately ushered by the mechanic. Very helpful quick took my bike and I went off to find parking. They kept my bike before starting any work.

Once I arrived back, showed the mechanic the problems. And he worked very mindful of the bike. Very knowledgable and skilled. Very pleased with how the bike was treated and repaired. The mechanic also offered to load my bike, but I told him I'll walk the bike to the car. Spare parts are reasonable. I mean it is the shop to go to if you own an Alvas product.

Plan to bring my wife's bike there soon for service.

Bought 6 bicycles in the span of 4 years from here, very hassle-free/smooth experience. Knowledgeable staff, friendly owner, competitive prices. Very crowded on Thursdays though

Called the shop looking for a Kenda tyre. Spoke to a person named obaid who was least interested in giving any information rather kept asking me where I was calling from. I asked him which model of Kenda tyre he had andhe tells me he doesnt know I ask him to send me a picture and he says he doesnt have time for all this. Rude and un business like.

Really great service and they have some of the best quality bicycles, their prices are also great compared to other sellers.
Highly recommend this shop for best price and service.

Used to be really cheap for food. But the last time I went I found it more expensive than the big supermarkets , the only good thing about it is you can get Gregg's sausage rolls.

A good sized food warehouse, now selling some decent brands. Unfortunately lots of the sizes of food has really decreased, we used to get a lovely pie from here which served 2 now it’s more the size of a 1 person pie. Also annoying, there’s no family parking bays here, and the bays are tiny so wouldn’t recommend visiting here with kids.

My favourite place to shop, if I say "are we going to the shop" e eryone knows where I mean.
Can get a bit busy some days at the tills, but they do give the 10% off for over 60s one day a week.

Visited the store today, i had an interaction with two staff members. One was a young man who was filling the fridges, he was kind, and polite such a credit to the company. The other was the lady on the till she helped me by lifting heavy goos for me such a kind act, she too is a credit to the company.

I like this place.
Great range of frozen foods with a smallish number of fresh produce and some kitchen products.
Always good value.
Parking area is undersized on a new retail park but well worth a visit.
