Very unfortunate experience. The air conditioning wasn't working, despite my multiple complaints to the staff, they were unable to resolve the issue or offer any other solution. Couldn't sleep whole night due to this. They lack basic level of customer service and won't recommend this place to anyone for a comfortable stay.

Pleasant, Accessible, cheaper, thanks to (Billy) the manager and to (Ann) for assisting us with positive attitude and for accommodating us, in less than 5 min u can check in and check out. Good choice of hotel apartment for friends and families. its highly recommended!

They are so nice and friendly I would recommend this place to my friends and tell them to visit here it's close to beach and transport,I will definitely stay here again thanks so much for my stay ????

The hotel isn't very pretty but price-wise it is fine for me,, it is also clean and in order due to the great effort of the stuff

Really a budget friendly hotel.
Mr.Arjay is very humble and caring towards his guest’s.
A really quiet and clean place.
Worth for your money
Bathrooms are well cleaned and it is situated in the prime location close to Burj Khalifa and transport is easily accessible
