Very calm and quiet place to enjoy your weekend with Sheesha and some bites. Arabic music and interiors are good!
To add on, you can play cards. They do provide it or else we can carry our own cards.

Had brunch here with a friend and we had lamb chops, steamed vegetables, and mashed potatoes.

It's her favorite and also now mine. Yummy and tasty.

The beautiful manager Sajida made us a special Moroccan Tea ????????????????????.

A nice Shisha place specialized in middle eastern cuisine . It’s a Shisha tent with a very nice and chill atmosphere. Shisha is really good abd food is delicious. The Shisha guy who is from
Egypt is very polite and prompt to change the coal . Ganesh the restaurant manager is doing an amazing job and made sure everything is fine . It’s not very crowded during lunch time and a good business meeting spot . You can park free in Times Oak Hotel parking and can enter from the hotel lobby or outside .

There was an offer for shisha and hot drink for a reduced price, I ordered them then they charged me the normal price and I have paid without reviewing the bill. After reviewing the bill i have complain and they refused to correct their mistake. I will not come again.

Been to Al Bal few times and the atmosphere is really great with very friendly staff! Food and drinks are very good and reasonably priced. Ranjith and Tony and others were very helpful to find the right sport channel for me to watch Wimbledon matches!

Superb Hospitality and ambience. Really helpful staff and accommodating managers ! We were a group of 45 people and they managed us effortlessly to perfection, tried to suit the Iftar menu as much as to our requirements . Despite of being an Iftar buffet the food was served hot , and the pizza deserves a special mention , the kids couldn’t get over it !

It's a cosy Lebanese place. It has an indoor section (non smoking) and an outside tent (smoking).
The food was very tasty and waiter was extremely polite.
They didn't hand out physical menus. Only QR code scan.
Good experience!

Now called AL Bal. Shame it can't be found on Google maps. This is a permanent shisha tent set up next to Time OAK Hotel in Barsha Heights. I have driven past it a million times but never thought to go in. The ambiance is great and the staff are wonderful. I went with the complimentary Moroccan tea and cookies and shawarma deal from the Surkus App. Ended up staying a few hours and smoking shisha as well. Complimentary hotel wifi available so it's actually a good place to get some work done. I stayed from 4. 30pm to 8pm and it became quite busy around 8pm with most tables filling up. Too bad they didn't offer me my complementary cookies with my tea. The tea and shawarma was wonderful. Shawarma is 25dhs at the restaurant which seems pricey for shawarma if you grew up in Dubai but they give a very generous portion with two shawarmas and fries. Water is very expensive here, as it is in most hotels. I would definitely visit again with friends.
