Waited for over 30 minutes for a basic order, After asking one of the staff it turned out they hadn't even started making it yet (even though it said it was collected in the app?).

Ended up getting a refund.
I'd avoid this Mcdonalds unless you are willing to wait for a long long time. They seem to be more interested in fulfilling delivery orders than serving customers in the Restaurant.

Such a busy restaurant drive thru is rammed always have to check order as usually incorrect. Staff are always friendly though. It’s just built in the wrong place. A car ploughed into the drive thru a few years ago and they’ve still not put a protective barrier in place. Always feel like a cars gonna end up on top of you.

I rarely give 1 star reviews but this is easily the poorest performing McDonald's I've ever ordered from. There are always plenty of staff but they seem to be inadequately trained as most of the time they seem to be standing waiting for something to happen rather than busily preparing orders. I go out of my way to go to other McDonalds ahead of this one which is irritating as it's the closest one to me.

This place needs taking off just eat they can’t even get a order delivered they wait over an hour to cancel your order and when they have delivered it’s generally cold.. high time they either shut down or got new staff or better training!!!!!

Ever since the start of COVID, this maccy’s has been busy - no matter the time of day. They’ve gotten my order wrong on several occasions.

With the changes due to happen to the road layout around the surrounding to allow for ease of traffic; I can see this getting busier.

You will be lucky if you get your sauces with your nuggets.

I went through drive through and I asked for 3 fill o fish meals and the lady couldn’t be asked talking, seemed like she didn’t want to be there. When I got to receiving my order I received two fillet o fishes. I understand it was my fault for not looking at the receipt so I told the lady serving that I ordered 3 meals. She didn’t understand what we was saying and the manager came. I told her that we asked for 3 meals and she responded by saying we can’t give free meals out we can get sacked. First of all I never asked for a free meal and secondly where is customer service skills she should have to talk to a customer like that. This was disgraceful and deeming behaviour from the manager. I was really offended and she assumed I was doing this to get free food or she wouldn’t have said otherwise. I then asked if I can pay for the extra fillet o fish and she said in a sarcastic way I don’t have a till here so I can’t take your order and I can’t help you.

This is no acceptable way to treat a customer. She was very useless and didn’t go out of her way to help me. Her attitude was very arrogant and tone was very rude. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this behaviour at this McDonald’s and have let it bypass but today was the cheese on the cake.

Also I ordered share box cheese melts and i was expecting to get 3 dips and I didn’t get a single one. Why promote it if your not going to give the 3 free dips. I then got 3 straws for my drink when I had 4 drinks and I had reuse my straw.

After the frustration I came home to open my fillet o fish and to my amaze I saw the cheese melted to the side of the box. No way near the burger. I had to scrape it off and put it in the burger.

Very disappointed will not be coming back again and also will be sharing my experience with others about the snowhill retail park customer service.

I would be giving this a minus if able, the female duty manager on shift tonight (9th June 2023) needs re-training, her attitude is disgusting. She not be in the service industry, official complaint will be going in ..

Been before which is why it isnt 1*, but this one i got wound up over.
25 mins waiting for a hot chocolate, ask for a refund and since i rounded up to donate to the charity they only give back the value of the item and not the roundup. The principle will stop me from doing the roundup ever again. Interesting policies
