They are not professionals in term of service..they promised services that they couldn't do..and they are dishonest people and cannot be trusted. I brought my touch screen laptop there to be fix but they didn't fix it the way it was before..

I visited the shop last week. Was looking for a replacement RAM stick. Found them online, called to enquire. They checked and called me back. Got the exact replacement. They were transparent that it was a used stick. Got it at a great price so didn't need to feign shock or bargain on it. I didn't expect them to call back at the time of enquiry, but they did. The RAM specs are old, so it was surprising to find it at all. They offered to lug my heavy PC to the car. Though I declined, the gesture is most appreciated.

I went to them to fix my laptop which wasn’t charging. They quickly procured an original battery and changed it, for a very reasonable price. My laptop has been working perfectly since then.
