I have given my new car (levante) for re-painting bonnet (got a big scratch, kind of hit and run). They re-painted 100 % matching the Italian factory made. The time taken to complete is amazing that is within 28 hours from the time of dropping my car. I am delighted to write in detail since it was very economic, fast and finished in perfection....!!! Finally, I have given them extra for their service but they denied receiving and requested me to rate them if I have time.... Then I must do it..... Smile.....

Very bad car wash service, i haven't experienced other services but looks bad as well, bought their vouchers, it is not worth buying, in fact such a waste of time

Update: they have changed their name I don't know why, but all those who bought their discount vouchers when their name was Al Khail Star Auto General, are still applicable...

1 star becouse there is no option for ZERO*, very Very bad place i had wait more than three hour to clean my car without cleaning. Staff so bad no organization, no good management . there are no staff to work , the staff never respects the customer.
When you are planning to here make sure you are free for the day.

Highly economical and efficient, Be vary of the rush. I went on Sunday noon and ending up spending 2 hours plus for a full car wash that would have taken about 40 mins on a normal day. Around 15 cars get washed in parallel at any given point

very Very bad place i had wait more than three hour to clean my car without cleaning. Staff soo bad no organization no good management . there are no staff to work , the staff never respects the customer.

Al Barsha Star is highly recommended. Specially SAJI, he fixed the scratch in our hood seems like nothing happened. He was also very nice. You will surely love to bring your car in their shop and have SAJI fix it. Other staffs were also nice. We promised to bring them more customers since we were so satisfied with their service. Hope this comment would reach a lot of people. Thanks Al Barsha Star and Saji!

My daughter’s lexus given for denting and painting. It was amazingly done and given earlier than told. I am 100% satisfied on quality and their cost doing it.

We popped by for a roast on the way home from a trip. We called to book, just in case.
We only saw one side of the bar but it was lovely. Had a fire going. Service was quick and great. Food was delicious.

Stayed to bring in the New Year, before heading home to Inverness. Lovely pub, staff were very helpful chatty and polite, rooms were nice and warm, shower was amazing. Breakfast was also amazing. We will definitely be coming back a few times. Thanks for a lovely visit xx

Amazing value! The Bankfoot Inn has it all!
-Friendly staff who are so accommodating and welcoming
- Lovely room which was so clean, nicely decorated and had a really comfy bed, we had the room without the en-suite and the shared bathroom was great
- Amazing breakfast
- Free street parking

Will definitely visit again

Have had lunch and dinner here many times. Staff are lovely and caring. Good is beyond what you'd expect from a small inn, the lamb shank slides off the bone.

Lovely clean, comfortable restaurant. Tasteful decor and excellent service.
Food was beautifully presented and was delicious. Will definitely go again.
Tables outside by pavement as well as indoors with plenty of street parking.
