SBK is one of the pathetic building managements I’ve ever seen
They are never on time, no matter if your house is with fire or full of water they ask to raise a complaint first & then we have to follow up at min 5 times & then they show up. I can count 100s of problems which has not been resolved or addressed. Owner of Al blouki karama should definitely take an action on them because tenants are facing issue to get their things fixed even after every check or payment is done on time.

Ps: The issue as of today is we don’t have door handles to open & close the doors

Dear Owner of Al Blouki, i dont know how to reach u. Kindly pay your workers particularly labourers & supervisors. How you expect them to work when 60days no salary and again u ask them to wait for another 60 days more ? At least pay some monies . How they going to feed their own stomach there? The owner of Al-Blouki please do something . As of today, my friend who is a supervisor there have not receive salary more than 60 days & running out of monies. Please give some pity to them. Their family in their home country need to be feed too. :( 12.03.2020
