My son is studying here since Grade 2, he's now in Grade 11. We absolutely love the school and we are happy to continue there till year 13.

They very weak in communications, you will never get a clarity on what the kids need to do at home.There is no streamlined channel for communication.undoubtly I can say that the school management have to improve the system a lot to compete with similar ciriculum schools in the neighbourhood.

I happened to go through the website of this school and I was shocked by the fact that the school admits only those candidates who have previously been to a registered nursery school. FS1 is equivalent to Nursery according to British curriculum. According to the age criteria FS 1 is for kids 3 years and above. And as an education institution you are forcing parents to enrol kids in nursery prior to admitting them in your institution. Don't you think it's a little harsh on young minds to be going to nursery at age of 2 years in order for them to get admissions in your school.
It should never be a mandatory requirement.

It’s been terrible experience to enroll kids and communication with school. Entire team has very poor response to parents. Refund of assessment fee was biggest challenge where I had to approach KHDA online who are very helpful and caring. KHDA did not close my complaint unless I was refunded, thank you very much KHDA.
@parents, if school fails you to offer admission(can be because of non-availability of seats or kids not qualifying exam) you have all the rights to claim assessment fee as per KHDA guidelines however if school offers you admission and parents doesn’t proceed, school has all rights to not refund this assessment fee which makes sense.

we heard alot of good stuff about this school but i believe that since the principal got changed their standards have also dropped.
KG teachers have no proper communication skills. their accent is pretty bad. I wish the school comes back to the previous standard.

The quality of teachers and overall school quality had come down since the principal has changed to a Indian principal. The school is more like cbse school now.. Many old teachers have left due to change in management and the new recruits are not good in English being it a British curriculum school. Don't know.. but English should be a criteria when recruiting teachers for a British curriculum school. But unfortunately, subject teachers do not speak English to the required British Curriculum levels.

I travel well and fare comfortable from London to Cardiff. Luckily we’re no brakes as the trip is long like 3 h and maybe more sometimes. Even was traffic at the exit from London we successfully arrived on time safe and sound to our destination! Fare price for the comfort. The toilet in the bus was disappointing not just too small but bad smelling and neglected like. Definitely the driver worth my thanks for determination to get us safe home and didn’t stop in 3 hours!

Had bought trough the internet the full flexible option paying 22£ in total with National express company.
Then when I arrived half hour in advance I was denied the boarding and made wait in front of the bus like I had done something bad. So be aware there is no such a thing like fully flex option is just a way to get some extra money for precautios people.
Scam in other words.

Absolutely appalling customer service from a staff member who was quite rude with saying "Can't you just hurry up and sit down?" If the coach was properly prepared with the right reserved signs for the seats I paid for and the driver actually let us on the coach a little bit earlier instead of 9 minutes before it departs none of this would have happened!

I paid a lot of money for my tickets and do not expect service of this standard! Maybe put some customers ticket money to some staff training on customer service!

The station is FULL of pigeons. Nat Exp cancelled the service and put us on the next bus which was in an hour, with ZERO compensation. Staff is rude and treats passengers like its THEIR fault for not boarding the bus, when asked for an explanation on lack of a refund.

I can't say I enjoyed my experience here. There are no places to sit when in line, there are hardly any staff or directions around the building, the one staff I happened to meet was rude and not very helpful. The worst part of everything was how difficult it was finding my terminal (gate). It was frustrating and I did not enjoy it at all.

On the plus side, the coaches all kept to time and there were no unnecessary delays.

Clean, sloping floors. If in doubt ask for help. The entrance arrival and departure board was confusing. Much better than how it was but still has a long way to catch up with European coach/bus stations.

Met with a very rude female employee of African descent when asking a question pertaining to my ticket at 15:30 1/3/2023. When asked about an earlier bus time displayed and how it didn't show up as an option for my booking, procedes to tell me in a condescending tone that there's not just one bus in a day. Terribly rude staff. Would recommend not interacting with staff.

Staff were incredibly rude and abusive to me hear.

Conditions of sale for a “flexible any bus” ticket are not made clear at all.

Avoid this place at all costs. I can’t give it a zero so it’s 1 star from me.
