I rented a car on monthly basis, you are forced to pay the full amount to avail the monthly rental price. On the 3rd month I decided to buy a new car, during the 2nd day rental of 3rd month I asked to terminate the contract and refund the remaining days. They simply do not refund any days, and also they charge you for early termination. So you are left with a car parked idle for 28 days. That is completely unacceptable. Not recommended, there are much more reputable businesses that offer simple agreements and refunds and are customer centric.

I visited this place for some insurance related work. Mr. Libin helped me out. Al Emad did a very good job and I believe they are very modest in their charges. Mr. Libil and Mr. Waseem are both very polite and go the extra mile to offer the best car service experience.

Had to repair the rear bumper of my car. Guys were quite professional and the service was quite fast as well. Recieved my car with in three days. The time from going in to going out is around 5 mins so pretty easy job. Highly recommended.

So far, so good. Proactive and great assistance with my insurance repair claim after someone backed into me!
The final proof will be when I collect my car and see the standard of the repairs!

I waited three weeks for the repair for my car, the repair was delayed and once it was finally done they left some of the damage unrepaired and also left a big scratch. Once they fixed that and I got my car, my battery was dead, and needs to be replaced completely, my car won’t start at all. I’m very disappointed as this means they left the battery running and now I’m paying for a replacement that wasn’t even related to the accident…

We're home owners and have been here over a year now and my wife and I love it. People are very friendly and all the staff on site are a delight very friendly professional and keen to ensure that your well looked after.
Grounds are well maintained and there's always something going on at the castle including bingo,play your cards right and live music. Steve and the bar staff are fantastic.
Point to point racing today couple of car shows during the year and a music festival in September.
Definitely recommend so come and have a look around you won't be disappointed.
