A heritage restaurant that is a welcome change from the usual eateries. its designed like an old, traditional house from 70s. they have artefacts placed at strategic points like suitcases, utensils, telephones and the feel of the restaurant is completely ancient. food is also amazing. they had good vegetarian options too. i highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a traditional atmosphere and food.

Food was delicious and generous serving. Went here on two different occasions, dinner one night and breakfast this morning. The food is fantastic and generous served. The breakfast trays are very enjoyable. Very interesting to learn about Emirati culture and their food. The service from Daniel and Janet were very well, we enjoyed their hospitality. Definitely reccomend it here.

The best seafood restaurant so far , we had a great food for dinner , juice , creamy seafood sauce and the mix seafood with rice are very delicious, we also had dessert and that was really good as well. Great atmosphere with really nice people.
Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly. I love that you get a lot of food as well for the price.

Great taste, nice service, and average price compared to other similar sea food restaurants!
I would recommend that restaurant and will definitely visit gain. Must try the grilled squid and the creamy sea food soup!

The Ambiance is Very nice , Janet is Very accommodating and very good staff .. I’m highly recommended the good Service of Al Fanar Restaurant ❤️❤️❤️ I love the sizzling dates pudding!

Idk what the hype is all about. Maybe it's the storytelling or interior of this resto. Most celebrities are visiting this restaurant as well. But their dish is very mediocre. Nothing special.

The waiting time is horrible. The other tables haf their orders than us who were there before them. Second, no apologies or whatsoever from them. We were so hungry. It was our first time visiting here after how many years in the UAE. We even have a tourist friend.

The interiors are unique and creative. But it's so dark and dusty. There were mosquitoes everywhere. I went home with a lot of bites on my legs and arms. The washroom was faulty. From the faucet to the soap dispenser and who would even dare to sit on the toilet? I get it that it's the decor/style but honestly I dont think it's clean enough. Eek!

Prices are expensive not worth it sorry. Authenticity? Maybe other dishes but I'm unsure. I won't come back. Hidden gems like mini cafeterias are better.

Please level up your service unless you want your brand to be just average.

Had an amazing seafood platter here; the fish and prawns were especially good. Our server - Janet - was very friendly and helped us decide on the toppings for our platter.

I would love to come back and try their breakfast soon

Best Emirati restaurant. The vibe here is so good. We were seated in a traditional emirati style surrounded by great ambiance. Russel helped us to explain the menu very well and was very kind enough. Overall a great experience and i would definitely visit again. :)
