I visited Damira Dental Practice couple of days ago for a dental check up. I was very happily surprised by the new building, it is light and airy which is a huge improvement on the Queen street previous location.
Dr Kiran Punjabi was fantastic, friendly but more importantly, did a very thorough check on my teeth. The Nurse Mehreen was very pleasant too. The receptionists were very good too. This is a great improvement on my last check up which left me indifferent.
Thank you very much for a great and positive experience.

Excellent dental care provided at Damira, Maidenhead! I recently underwent treatments for both myself and our toddler at the clinic. Dr. Kiran, supported by Mehreen and Neha (including the reception team) were patient, friendly and professional. I especially appreciate the top-notch bedside manner shown by Dr. Kiran in making the little one comfortable throughout the procedure. Highly recommended!!

I had an extraction done yesterday and I felt so comfortable and at ease with my dentist. She was very caring and told me what was happening in every part. I felt no pain at all. Thank you. Also she was very caring towards my son who visited her for a filling. Very professional he came out smiling ☺️.

I visited yesterday as a new patient. Joining was very quick and easy online. The receptionist was very professional, polite and helpful. I then received a warm welcome from my new dental nurse and dentist who carried out a very thorough examination, X-rays and explained my care plan moving forward. I’m very pleased to have joined this surgery.

I have been very impressed by Damira dental. The reception staff are really friendly, responsive and capable. I have never had to wait long for my appointment, and the dentists are confident, trustworthy and knowledgable. They seem to be low on in-house dentists as I have seen a few locum dentists, but they have been of a very high standard.

Very friendly and welcoming dental practice. Reception staff were lovely. The dentist was amazing with me and explained everything well where he knew I was nervous. The dentist was a locum but very well trained at supporting nervous patients. 10/10 service, would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Had a very disappointing experience here.

Walked in as they were open for walk ins. Booked an appointment. They were obviously quiet stressed as were rude to a number of other patients, some quite old.

They tried rearranging my appointment 2 or 3 times for other dates, but none were suitable and left as original booking. The day of the appointment, they cancelled it.

No follow ups to rebooked the appointment and impossible to get through on the phone to rearrange. Finally booked another appointment, a couple of months later.

Arrived for my appointment to find out they had moved to another site.

I would have given them 1 star, if it wasn’t for the lady who I met when I last went in who was very nice and refunded my money straight away after a quick call to her manager.
