I go to this stationery store often. The location is good, plenty of car parking. Staff are kind and very polite. I always find what am looking for and never had issues.

This place is insanely expensive. They charge AED 1 per page for just scanning the documents. It’s not even printing, so no paper expense.
And for printing they charge 50 fils per page.
The person at the counter said this is the way they have set it and he can’t do anything.
So I paid AED 15 to scan 15 pages.
How they are able to charge such high price????

They are terrible and they refuse to do your service because they dont have time but they are attending to other customers.

Disrespectful way of talking and very rude saying that cutting 10 papers will take them forever!! Is this how they speak to customers??

I wasted my time waiting for my turn and they coldly reject my request! I will keep complaining because this is the worst branch ever.

Amazing place.
They have a vast amount of supplies for office. They even have printers ink. They print and scan for you. They send emails to you; or you can access the web.
You can try the pens before buying them. They have almost everything you want for school and office supplies.
Affordable and they accept many discount cards: Esaad, Fazaa, Watan

Worst parking ever, issuing unjustified fines and not following their own rules! - disgusting behavior of the operator of this car park ! (Even after delivering them evidence they refuse to cancell the fine).
Penalty obviously cancelled after taking the case further but be aware of them.

The car park is spacious well laid out and access to the shopping centre which has various supermarkets, eateries and the an NHS Breat Screen unit located there.

Very big parking complex, easy to get to and navigate, I went on boxing day, so was very busy, but managed to find a space after 15 mins driving around, I'd recommend taking pics of where you parked and floor etc ,as can easily get lost when navigating through.

Lots of free parking. A bit confusing though.. there are 12 lots so rare care to remember which lot and where exactly you parked.

Whilst I've always parked here when getting the train. Recently I had my catalytic converter stolen from my car. What makes it worse is that they have no cameras and the ones that you do see, there's no confirmation that they actually work. Be careful when using this car park. They recently opened up the space on the roof after so long and with no real reason for customers as to why it was closed for so long in the first place. They really need to upgrade the car park with better lighting and CCTV. Most floors are pitch black except the roof!
