Best place to take service for Honda cars. Their staffs are very knowledgeable and supportive. The waiting area is also good and is served with water and hot beverages. They do offer drop off at Emirates metro station too.

Always the worst at ever.. the whole staffs are in meeting mid of the day, waited them 40 + mins and left... never ever got satisfied from their call center or customer care or quality maintenance and committee with time

Driving an ACCORD bought brand new from AlFuttaim normally each and every 2 months they call asking for they have offer for service when we call them they says the slots are full u dont have appointment today ....

The service is fine, but the prices are relatively high. Go there if your warranty to be covered mandates it or if you can afford it. Else there are better value alternatives available in the market.
