Just returned from an exciting Secrets of Shropshire tour. Superb excursions, good accomodation, and fine drivers. timings, too, were spot on which helped planning pick-ups. Cheery fellow passengers, too, which really helped to cement a good time. Hoping to book another holiday soon.

Very Very poor.
Extremely poor service. We wanted to book a tour to Torquay this year costing over £1,000 pounds. We phoned up, all went well until I gave my name. Then the operator said I'll have to talk to the management. This is because a poor review regarding our last tour to Devon last year.
Review includes -
(The driver decided to change the itinerary to suit himself so he could attend the queen's jubilee celebrations, so I discovered through more than one conversations with other people on the coach. We arranged to meet family and friends on the originally booked days off, then he messed everything up by changing the days. Friends had put themselves out to meet us, but were let down as the days were all changed. A lot of other people on the coach were also complaining about this last minute change).
The operator promised to phone back the same day, but 7 days later, nothing.
This company is only in it for the money, and doesn't give a toss for its customers.
The only reason they didn't phone back, is because they don't want us back on their tours. (Because of the truthful review).
Absolutely disgusting and shoddy way to treat disabled pensioners.
We've decided to use another means of transport for our Devon holiday and are using a very nice guesthouse we discovered on our last trip to Devon, and also at about half the cost of rip-off travelsure.
DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Thank you for getting us to & from Edinburgh safely yesterday and on time. Great driver, very thoughtful & caring. We had a wonderful day & will book again for next year! Merry Christmas ????

My husband and myself are ex travelsure employees, don't tell me they are just in it for the money!! I really don't know how they can run the tour's for the price they charge.

Very poor driving by Travelsure local bus driver. (No regard for cyclists)
Was cycling towards Ayton, Berwickshire on my electric bike at 9.15am 16th September 2022 when Travelsure bus overtook me and then suddenly stopped in front of me at the bus stop. I was going fast for a bike, about 22mph when he overtook me,and that was in the 20mph village limit. I questioned him about this, and he said I was in the middle of the road. That's because I was about to turn right into a side road a few seconds later. I said you wouldn't have done that on a Police car doing the same speed as me, the driver hadn't an answer. Think this driver needs some lessons on how to respect other road users.

One star for turning up only thing is it was 13mins early which the driver denied. This is the second time we have been let down with Travelsure.we were on holiday at Bamburgh. Very poor service wouldn't recommend.

Friendly, professional and comfortable private coach hire.

We used Travelsure to transport our group of 20 hikers to various locations on the Northumberland coast and they did a great job for us, with by far the most economical price. The drivers were friendly and very punctual, which made for a stress-free experience.

Highly recommended.

Been on lots of trips home and abroad with Travelersure. We have never been disappointed with any of the venue's we have visited. All travel details are done for you, and hotels have been first class. You are well looked after from the start of your holiday to the end. First class every time !!!!
