Shocking customer service -they act like customers have to go there which they do - unlikely if they had a choice they would not

Call centre never gets through ti the workshop left car was told 3 hours but they would call me 28 hours later after no answer got a taxi there car was ready but in one hour because they had to wash “no dont worry about wash I want car quick “ hour later i got the car unwashed - while watching a video on customer service sms messaging cara ready early - well thats a movie and not real life

I wish I had a choice truly dread the next service may do it when I go on vacation it was only a 1000 km service ! This time

Did car service .. I met Vishal Martin, service advisor. Great person, he listen to us and give very valuable advice. Thank you man . I feel very happy customer for alghandi auto.

This is a five star service for sure! They just fixed my car. I had an engine issues. Everything was done quickly and the car goes very well, all issues gone. I was provided with replacement car while the works were done, so no changes to my plans. All my questions were answered, I got all the information about the issue and the fix. The people are friendly and very responsive! Only good feelings. Great start of the day! Thank you!

They only minor improvement I can think about is could you please be more persistent when you call to say that the car is ready? I missed your call and would be happy to get another one.

Disappointing Experience with Al Ghandi Motors Cadillac Service

My recent interaction with Al Ghandi Motors Cadillac Service in Dubai has left me deeply dissatisfied and I feel compelled to share the details of my experience.

My primary concern was the glaring lack of communication. My calls were consistently unattended and unreturned, which resulted in a feeling of negligence and disappointment. This level of customer service was unanticipated and unacceptable.

I was also troubled by inconsistencies in their service reports. I discovered discrepancies that raised doubts about the validity of their assessments. This calls into question the integrity of their services and undermines my trust in their evaluations.

Furthermore, my car was negligently left under the harsh Dubai sun for extended periods. Such careless handling can potentially cause substantial damage to the vehicle and indicates a lack of respect for the customer's property.

These experiences have significantly impacted my perception of the brand. The poor service quality I experienced at Al Ghandi Motors has deterred me from purchasing any GM products in the future. This unfortunate decision is a direct result of the substandard service and customer care I received.

In conclusion, my experience with Al Ghandi Motors Cadillac Service fell drastically short of my expectations. Significant improvements in communication, transparency, and respect for customer property are needed to restore customer faith in their services. This place never fails me. Service agent Mr Fernando treated me well with all smile. The turnover was very smooth and i was fully notified what was done in my car.
I definitely recommend this place specially for Cadillac owners. Look for Mr Fernando when you get a chance
