I took my vaccum cleaner to Alghandi for repair as directed by Philips call center, first they refused to take it and said I will have to pay for the check up since it was from another supplier , I called the supplier who confirmed that the repair should happen at Ghandi with no check up charges and he spoke with Ghandi representative and send her the required details and she took the vaccum cleaner from me and said I will only pay for the spare parts since the unit is under warranty. Then next day someone from Ghandi calls me telling me that I will have to pay for the check up as well.
So I paid for everything and took the cleaner but only to find out it is still not working properly and the same issue exists more or less which is really disappointing.

Spoke with Najeeb. He understood exactly what I needed and offered an immediate solution with the cost, location and instructions. Excellent job.
Sunhan at the reception was very good in passing on information and delivering the product.
Overall excellent job. Thank you.

One of the worst service experiences I've had with any product. Have a Philips water cooler thats just over two years old. It's stopped dispensing water. This company is the only company who can service and I've been trying to organise a service on what's app (seemingly the only way to contact them). Process is still going on after 10 days and the last reply I got from them was 8 days ago. Truly woeful experience and the last time I'll be buying anything from Philips.

At Al Ghandi Electronics, all staff are very cordial and has good knowledge of the features and advantages of the product they deal, they attend all our queries in well manner and i brought philips sound bar and very much happy about the product and will always be happy to revisit Al Ghandi for any new requirements for me also will recommend my friends too.

The most unprofessional, rude and un-helpful customer service staff I have ever met. Especially Jennifer, she was so mean. I bought a Philips IPL device and it doesn’t work for my skin tone, even though on the packaging it clearly says that it would work on my skin tone. The point of sale recommended I take it to this shop. I was there for over 2 hours, and their service was not transparent, they made us go around in circles and just wasted our time. They didn’t even give us a report telling us the product worked fine. They said it’ll take atleast 2 days (but they didn’t specify what). Over all the next steps were unclear and we really had to ask again and again just to get a basic point across.
