The Mall is located in Jumeirah on December 2nd street, it's an average shopping centr , it's clean and have 3 floors I think , it was close to empty when I last visited it , some know brands are available like Canon , Brands for less , Dr Nutrition, Super Market, Coffee shops ...

Very bad experience.
I had for finger prints at 4:15 and I reached on time. But the receptionist said that come tomorrow morning as we already have 9 people in the queue and can't take another one before we close.
If appointments are treated this way then what is the reason for having the appointment?
I told them that I came from Abu Dhabi and requested to please do the finger prints for my sister but the lady receptionist refused and said that "wherever you came from, I don't care. Come in the morning".
I wasn't late, was on time but still denied the biometrics.
The staff doesn't want to work for their full time. They leave even before the finish time. I also tried to check for any senior official there to request them but found none.

Very unprofessional. Please print your registration from to avoid being sent to a dingy printing shop in the mall who charges 10 dirhams per page and only accepts cash. The closest ATM also happens to be 3 blocks away. How difficult is it to have the agent print up the registration form while scanning your fingerprints. Usually the service in all government departments in Dubai is exemplary. This particular center can be improved upon.

Well-managed biometric verification centre.

No PCR checking
Biometric (fingerprint) appointment form or document should be in hardcopy.

You can print from the mall next to the laundry shop

I have asked by the security for the appointment document in print that i don't have at that time, i went and printed from the beside mall.

Very bad experience ????, security treating peopls very badly ,
No waiting area inside ..all peopls are outside of the service center...out side weather is so hot ????

True customer happiness would be informing ahead of time via the appointment document that long pants are needed for fingerprinting as well as to print out the hard copy.

Poor service, Security was pushy and sent us to get a print out of the EID Registration form (Nowhere in Dubai I was asked to get a hard copy), and their next door print shop charges AED 10 per copy of print(Definitely Dodgy). This is 2023 and exactly opposite to the framework of Digital Dubai. Needs an overhaul of services. The EID form has QR and is fully digitised. Not sure what process this particular center follows and still asks to print it out.

Amazing center.....it is located on famous alwasl road...very easy access from each side....center have lots of shopping shops....for me the weight loss or nutrion doctor is best...center is very near to mosque and shopoing centers....some parking slots on front...if u want to park for long then u should come from behind of center...
