I want to complain about the staff named MOHSIN, he is so rude and sarcastic, this is in Nakheel Mall branch. when he gave me the rate of the wrong amount, i said like "no i mean 200" and he said like "ONLY 200? how i gave u the rate of 200 when u asked for 300" and i said like "no i asked for 200" he was really showing to me that he is annoyed. and when the transaction was done he gave me the paper but he didnt told me to sign so i kept in my bag. and he raised his voice like "sign on the paper! thats not your copy!" eve his colleague was surprised on how he reacted. HE BADLY NEEDS TRAINING. I hope the management of al ghurair in nakheel mall branch will take a look on this. He is absolutely not fit in the position. Im open to share more details about my experience. Thank you!

Poor indifferent service. Walked out.

The one on the lower level is larger, better organised and finally actually interested in customer service.

Very bad experience very rude staff specially in nakheel mall branch her name is SUMAIYA she is so rude she even look at me in a bad way not once but twice i will not go again in shop very bad experince
