Mitsubishi Service Center Al Garhoud

Based on a recommendation from a friend I was told to contact Mr Basheer (Service Agent) at Al Garhoud for my Pajero’s 2nd (6month/10000km) service.
From the first whatsapp I sent Mr Basheer to having my car handed back to me, it was the best, most hassle free experience I have had with a vehicle service.
Mr Basheer was extremely friendly to deal with and very thorough with his explanation of what I could expect from the service, along with being able to accommodate a few of my service requests.
I was promised the car back by 2pm the same day and like clockwork the car was ready, all serviced and washed by the time i reached the centre.
Great Job to The Mitsubishi Technicians, Service Agents and Team at Al Garhoud keep up the great work.
Definitely a loyal customer from now on.

Wonderful experience with Mr. Arun , I went for 20K kms servicing for my Pajero signature edition .

Very well response and the servicing was done in 2 hours .

I highly recommend to go here and meet Mr. Arun on the service desk.

Minor scratches were removed in exchange of smile ????.

I had a problem with my fuel efficiency in Montero Sport 2022, but thanks to Mr. Khalil and ms rihem in the Garhoud workshop... My average dropped from 30-35L/100km to 9.2L/100km and sometimes even 8L/100km!!!! You can't imagine how helpful and fast the response was from their side!! Big thanks and I would never regret buying a car from a brand with such a strong after-sales team......!!!

I am regular customer for 6 years in this branch as they provide great customer service and they are very friendly. Halil was very patient and helpful while pointing what should be fixed during maintenance. Keep it up!

I bought a J7 and I came to Garhoud branch since they had an earlier availability, I got the best service advisor Mr Khalil he was quick and knowledgeable even if the sheikh zayed road is nearest for me I still prefer to go Al Garhoud service center because of Mr Khalil.thank you!
