Initially when we moved to Al Habtoor Polo Resort and Club we faced a few challenges but Mr Roel Lacuesta was extremely attentive to all our needs and managed to see to it that all issues were dealt with promptly.
He's extremely polite and professional in his job which makes living in this community very reassuring.
We are extremely appreciative of all Roels services to myself and my family.
A huge thank you to him for making our transition into this neighbourhood a welcoming one!

I really want to thank Mr Roel Lacuesta for his precious help and his professionalism. We like living in Al Habtoor and his dedication to the residents (ALWAYS helpful, comprehensive, responsive, fairn, efficient) makes us stay in the community. Al Habtoor Group is really lucky to count him among his team and I surely know that he's really appreciated for all his efforts for the community.

This review is dedicated to describe the administration support I received as a tenant in Al Habtoor Polo Resort especially in my recent lease renewal. Roel Lacuesta, in charge of admin and contract work, has been a true delight to deal with. Roel ensured that the lease renewal process goes as smooth as possible, professional, very responsive and is overall super helpful. Well done for retaining great staff Al Habtoor!

Honestly I’ve moved to habtoor polo since 2018 and the best real estate coordinator is leaving … this honestly makes no sense …
Roel is very attentive, decent and also very reasonable. And the best part is got things done … in a very short time period …
It is sad to know that the best that had been here is leaving …
