I have the app installed but always seem to have issues paying when I leave, it seems to forget I parked there so I have to manually add my time. It should be automated.

Avoid Parking Here, Faulty system can lead to unintended charges.

Only used the new parking system twice and its already failed.
used it like normal on the first pay, opting the use the parking machines.
However on my second visit, I found out that due to them not scanning my car as it left, I'm being charged as though I left my car parked for 5 days, and there was no way for me to know until my next visit that there was a problem due to them no having barriers anymore, so it makes me wonder how many others are gathering up unknown parking changes due to this faulty system.
YourParkingSpace Customer services were of no help either, originally saying they could back date the payment, before then saying they were unable to and that there was nothing they could do, leaving me with the parking charge of £53 currently and themselves saying that there's a possibility of a PCN too.
after using princess quay parking for so long, I can safely say that I will not be parking there again while this current system is still in place.

Just pulled up inside here to find out the place wasn't open, was told I would have to pay for parking as it was all automatic. Payed for 4hrs parking for a 9min drive through the parking lot. Absolute joke? Avoid this one.
