Parking sensor lags sometimes you have to spend 15min just to be able to park underground

Rude neighbors knock on door and ring bell at 1:30am!!!!!!!!

Says it’s has a three bedroom apartment but in reality it’s a two bedroom apartment +maid room

Kitchen has no sunlight - terrible finishing

Oh yaaaa,all the restrictions are open now in our building!!!!
Its happy to share that our building Management relaxes the restrictions for amenities with the same safety and security....Enjoy with your family to get those deeds..
So this is the best solution for spacious apartments in heart of the city..Cheers..

very good building to stay with positive vibes has different gym for male and female good security guards 24hrs maintenance, 24hrs supermarket,

Not a family friendly building. Families cannot spend time together at the swimming pool due to archaic restrictions. Despite being promised gym and swimming pool, those facilities were only availed as far as 6 months into the contract. No kids play room.
If you are looking for a family friendly, mixed apartment, this is not for you.

Stay away from this building if you are looking for a family apartment.
It is run like a hostel with ridiculous rules on when facilities like the gym and pool can be accessed. You will not be able to swim together as a family- that is if you manage to call a day in advance for your allocated one hour. Working women cannot access the facilities as the timings allocated for them are in the middle of the day.
Good luck ever getting the management to listen and resolve your problems. But if there are fines/ new rules they will go to great lengths to find you.
Apart from it being a new building, it offers nothing more.

I don't t recommend to anyone and especially a family because of the restrictive timings to use the pool and gym. Worse off, the timings for girls and women to use the amenities are so limited. Basically, a family cannot enjoy the amenities together.

New mixed used building will launch soon on Dubai Al mina Road .
The special with this building is the oversize rooms and flats with high end finish, all facilities available here , it is concierge Service.
It is serviced also with Retail shops and mall at podium levels.
Location strategic very close to jumeirah beach , restaurants, satwa markets, and few minutes to bur Dubai and SZR.
Will see how it will looks like upon opening .

I am so impressed by Simon & co. at Wheel Master. A really professional job, great friendly service and they just made the process painless. I didn't get his name, but the chap there showed me around the processes and went into great detail about what they did to my alloys to restore them, clearly a very knowledgable bloke. Then there's the wheels- returned to new, if not better than factory job on my BMW 4 series alloys. Highly recommended.

Just had all 4 wheels refurbished on our Peugeot.... the results are amazing. They were fully stripped back, powder coated and Diamond cut... now look brand new. Simon and his team are clearly very knowledgeable and go the extra mile to not only do do work A-class... but present them back with cleaned and treated tyre walls.... many out there don't finish off with these little touches. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

I’ve just had my car returned after having my alloys refurbished and I can’t even describe how happy I am. They look amazing!! So pleased!!!

I have been searching for a company to refurbish my alloys for a while now, harder than you think!! I was actually recommended by another company, they didn’t refurb, only cosmetic like scratches. I was pleasantly surprised because many hadn’t replied or responded to my queries. Simon replied super quick and helped after a lot of my questions. I got booked in and couldn’t wait to have them looking brand new again.

I would 1 million % recommend WheelMaster. Service was 5*, friendliness and an extremely happy customer! Super super pleased! Thank you! ????

Simon looked at the photos and arranged a prompt visit by one of his team. The work was completed to a high standard and his team are courteous and pleasant. A second visit was required to refurbish an inner sealing bead to stop a slow puncture. A second team member was equally courteous and the job completed to a high standard. They even managed to squeeze in a second repair to one of my daughters wheels. Very satisfied and I would highly recommend.

Recently bought a 3 year old car with diamond cut alloys, it looked like the previous owner enjoyed hitting the curbs a fair bit so today have had all 4 alloys refurbished and I'm delighted with the results. All 4 wheels look stunning like the car is brand new again, couldn't recommend enough, came to my place of work and had the car sorted the same day thank you very much!
